I think a lot of clients are like me and signed up as a result of watching a promotional webinar and then talking to someone on the phone. When you sign up for the package you need to know some of the details you aren't given. I suddenly found yesterday that I no longer have access to stock charts. When I talked to tech support, I was told I no longer had the rights to access. After some discussion, he passed me over to my account representative, who said I had only 6 months' access. (I joined less than 6 months ago.) He said it was in my agreement. What agreement?!!! I was never told about this, received no written agreement, and have still not been told how to remedy the situation. Do I need to pay something every few months for the charts? If so, why wasn't this set up at the beginning - and WHY WASN'T I EVER INFORMED OF THIS? Also, how and when do I get to pay whatever needs to be paid to continue with the charts? I love the analysts, but the sales and support staff NOT SO MUCH!
